Return Window	Within 14 days of delivery
Preorders	Preorder refund requests must be submitted BEFORE the preorder period ends.
Final Sale	Items that are listed 'final sale'/'sold as is' are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Processing Time	Returns are processed within 4 business days of delivery
Return Condition	Items must be returned with tags intact and in its original state as to when it arrived. Returns must be unworn; unaltered; unwashed.
Cost	If we are at fault, return cost will be on us! Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

💸Refunds

Once your return have been approved and processed, your refund will be returned to the original payment method you have used during check out. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

⚡Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges for damaged/defective items upon arrival or if the item you received is incorrect. Requests for exchanges must be within 5 days from delivery date.

If you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), please contact us at hello@themoistgang.com.

If approved for an exchange, you may exchange your item for a different item, size or color. If you are exchanging for an item that costs more or less than the product you purchased, you may or may not be charged for the difference. 

Please note: Any exchanges or refunds requested will only be processed upon approval. If we receive your package without approval from one of our little bear sprouts, your returned package will not be returned to you and your refund will not be applied. If you would like your package shipped back to you, the shipping fee will be at your expense.
