1. Where do you ship from?

We are happily using a fulfillment center located in China with various locations around the world. We made this decision to be able to cater to everyone who wants to shop with us!

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are now capable of shipping worldwide.

3. When will a product be restocked?

We are working on getting a 'notify me' on our out of stock products so you can easily sign up to get the notifications when it goes back in stock. You won't miss out again!

Shipping ✈️

1. Shipping

Shipping rates depends on where you reside. You will see your shipping cost when you go through the check out proccess!

2. Processing Times

Our fulfillment center takes 1-3 business days to process, pick and pack. Once they do, you should receive an email with your tracking information. If you didn't receive an email, please contact us.

3. Delivery Times

Most packages deliver within 8-15 business days as long as there are no unexpected delays.

4. Orders In Transit

Moist Gang have no power over any shipping carrier's processes and we cannot make changes to packages that have already shipped and in transit.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please contact us and we will investigate further on our end. This process can take up to 1 week as we make all effort to contact the shipping carrier, open cases, etc. to locate your package.

Lost packages are not Moist Gang's fault so please be kind to our team when letting us know!

1. What is a preorder?

"Preordering" means you are purchasing an item that has not yet been produced. You are simply reserving an item in advance!

Items that are marked as a 'preorder' will not ship immediately and do not follow normal order processing times. Preordered items can take weeks to months before shipping out.

2. Why preorder?

Preordering helps us in regard to quality and quantity control. We want to be able to produce the amount that is wanted and preorders help us with production funds!

We are small business so offering free sponsorships at this time is not feasible for us; however, we are open to hearing from you if you are interested in collaborating with us!
